attractive and competitive value for money, low-budget hotel with extremely helpful staff. it is set in the heart of the city nevertheless on a nosy street. it is not far from the beautiful beach. we had goodies and coffee at agora bar & cafe, it was located so close to the venue.

Incredible base for discovering Puerto de la Cruz. View from the terrace was magnificent. The property was in the centre of the city. We recommend it as we liked this hotel.
